Our Pentecost Tantra Retreat will be wonderfully erotic and healing at the same time! Let’s celebrate the enthusiasm with which we can use our sensuality to be better, stronger-willed, more loving people. Together we’ll explore what really fulfills us and makes us happy.<\/p>

This seminar helps you as a single person, couple or someone in any other constellation to reconcile the love of your heart with your sexuality and your mind<\/strong>. We playfully learn how we can be more loving and fun.<\/p>

The Palatinate Forest, with all its light and power, helps us to open up spaces in which mind and body can unfold in equal measure.<\/p>

Feel and explore balance on all levels at the Pentecost Tantra Retreat<\/h3>

The most important prerequisite for being able to move safely, freely and unihibitedly in a tantric space is that you can feel and communicate your boundaries<\/strong>, which we will practice together thoroughly. Only if you can communicate your “no” clearly (verbally and with body language) can others believe your joyful “yes.”<\/p>

At Pentecost, we also invite you to explore your perception in a new way. For certain sequences, we will consciously withdraw our sense of sight <\/strong>in order to sharpen our other senses and savour the feeling of bliss that arises when we can sense much more, because there is no visual distraction keeping us from seeing energetically. This new and different sight of vision increases our awareness of the big picture. Energy, presence and connectedness can unfold in a completely unknown, exciting way. <\/p>

Explore the right dose of intimacy and distance, touching and not wanting to be touched, company and being alone. Feel and appreciate your body on an intense, integrated level and bring your heart into harmony with your clear mind and sensuality<\/strong>. You will immerse yourself in the field of universal love<\/strong> to a depth that you have never experienced before.<\/p>

At YouMeUnity we work with exercises from the Kashmiri and Tibetan tantra tradition<\/strong>. Mindful physical presence increases the release of the happiness hormone, oxytocin. Pentecost Tantra Retreat - the content<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The schedule is simple: Friday evening <\/strong>is time for arriving, getting to know each other, first tender or wild encounters and the first temple night together. On Saturday evening<\/strong>, you’ll get a little more into feeling, into the now. You’ll get to know yourself and the other participants better. A tantric ritual follows, then free temple time. Sleep helps you to regenerate and start the next morning fully energized.<\/p>

On Sunday morning<\/strong> we start with Yin Yoga \/ a morning meditation and after breakfast we dive into the other seminar modules, which can also include a systemic constellation if required. In between, there is time for a sauna, a refreshing dip in the seminar’s own natural pond, relaxation or a massage for each other. The wonderful evening festival ritual followed by free temple time allows you to immerse yourself once again in an open, sensual space, from which you can of course also withdraw if your need for solitude, peace or sleep calls you.<\/p>

On Whit Monday<\/strong> we start again with yoga or a meditation, before we get to know practical exercises for sensuality and clarity of mind in our tantric morning module, which will deepen our common Pentecost experience once more. A verbally and physically nourishing final experience rounds off the seminar.<\/p>

At home, you will digest what you have experienced, let it sink in, cultivate new habits and become aware of many new concepts and realizations in the days and weeks that follow. You can also book an individual or couple’s session<\/a> for yourself before the seminar begins.
