With your feet firmly planted in the ground, breathe in the clear mountain air and marvel at the glistening lake in the autumn sun. Celebrate yourselves with us, your love for each other and enjoy yourselves and life with all your senses. Let the fire that we kindle in ourselves through mindfulness practice and tantric rituals burn confidently and powerfully – during the retreat and beyond. In this atmosphere of presence, devotion and love, we give you as a couple a time-out to connect, nourish and inspire you. <\/p>

Fire, water, earth and air will also accompany you in the tantric rituals during our 6 days together. Allow your hearts to open wide for each other and, thanks to Slow Sex<\/strong>, take a completely new look at the supposedly familiar. Let your body, heart and soul speak, dance, do magic and even fly together. Remember: Life may be easy! <\/p>

If the weather permits, we will be out and about a lot with you at the Tantra Retreat Austria and visit some wonderful places of power for our spiritual rituals.<\/p>

A special highlight is our tantric tea ceremony with Blue Lotus<\/a> – an invitation to combine stillness, sensuality and consciousness in a new way.<\/p>

And of course, with all the focus on “slow”, slow food should not be neglected. Enjoy the incredibly delicious vegan-vegetarian gourmet cuisine – take your time with every bite – true to the Japanese motto “Hara hachi bu”.
In this tantra retreat, we want to give you new impulses for all areas of life. And this special place – also called the “Carinthian Caribbean” by some – will be supporting us. <\/p><\/div>

At YouMeUnity, we draw on various tantric traditions – in particular the Kashmiri<\/strong> and Tibetan tantra teachings<\/strong>. Our work combines elements of meditation, yoga, touch, movement and encounter. <\/p>

Between sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of the location – swimming in the lake, taking a deep breath on the private beach, wellness at the hotel or excursions into the mountains. Cable car rides and a boat trip are also part of the optional program. <\/p>
