Our recommendation: take the time to explore this wonderful area extensively. There is so much to discover in this magical forest shaped by the Celts and Romans!

Even without leaving the seminar grounds, you can use the seminar breaks to enjoy the breathtaking views around Iggelbach and, depending on the season, relax in the natural swimming pond<\/strong> or sauna<\/strong>.<\/p>

This weekend takes you into the world of mindful touching of your most sensitive areas. This can happen on a physical, emotional or energetic level – ideally, you will enjoy touch on all three levels at the same time. This weekend of encounters is an invitation to experience contact in a new way: not as a means to an end, but as a path to togetherness – each of us for themselves and yet connected, allowing “feeling everything” to be your bridge towards connection. This is how it is possible to return to the essence – into this space full of peace that dwells within each of us. <\/p>

Let yourself be inspired by ancient secret tantric touch practices from South India, Tibet and Kashmir – with rituals that honour the body, open the heart and bring you into contact with your innermost being. Allowing yourself to fall deeply into relaxation, even when the life energy begins to vibrate perceptibly in your body, is the true tantric art that you will be invited to practice during the weekend. <\/p><\/div>

Experience in your encounters with others how intense a connection can be when you are really fully present. When you don’t just do something with your hands, but feel, hear and listen. In addition to the focus on encounters with others, another special highlight is the deep connection with yourself. With the help of “Feeding Your Demons”, allow inner parts of yourself to be heard that help you grow beyond yourself. This transformative experience, in which you not only see your own inner shadows, but also nourish them with love and mindfulness, is based on a practice from Tibetan Buddhism: When we dare encounter our shadows – those forces that often work in secret and separate us from deep connection – they lose their threatening “demonic” form and transform into sources of energy for more presence and vitality. <\/p>
