In our fast-paced world, we get so easily distracted, not only by face-to-face conversations, but also by the technological devices that allow us to connect with others around the clock. But when we pick up our mobile phones, are we really and truly connected? Or are we simply getting distracted? <\/p>

Maybe you can answer this question for yourself if you follow our advice and don’t touch your mobile phone, computer etc. during our retreat. No iPods or leisure time distraction books either. It’s really about cutting off all external resources and returning completely into the moment, so that you can hear yourself, feel yourself, strengthen yourself and connect with your environment in a completely different way. <\/p>

Our Sweet Silence<\/em> Easter retreat takes place in the legendary, historic Elmstein Valley – an enchanted place in the middle of the Palatinate Forest that welcomes silence. In the newly renovated seminar house with its old sandstone formations, surrounded by forest, vast green land and an incredible feeling of freedom, it is easy to slow down, listen to your innermost thoughts and find your own rhythm. <\/p>

You may be stunned about how much communication, how much magic is possible, even if we completely disregard the word plane. Sign language, telepathy, body language. There are many possibilities … \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>

And don’t worry: We will cover the topic of setting boundaries (non-verbal and verbal) in detail. Plus: During the seminar, there will always be a corner during our sessions where whoever needs a rest from the outside world can go. <\/p>

The SandsteinHof also supports this process in a completely natural way outside of seminar times.<\/p>

A beautiful forest that is perfect for walking meditation is waiting for you. Use the power of nature to simply sit, breathe and be. And if the sauna or swimming pond are calling you to bring your human system even more into peace, you will find both right on site. <\/p>
