The contractual language is German.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YouMeUnity, Joy Sandra and Thomas Hochgesang<\/strong><br>Hauptstr. 119<br>69117 Heidelberg<br>Germany<br>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@youmeunity.com\">info@youmeunity.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
