Finally I am ready to get in touch with you after a long period of feeling into everything that happened. My time with you did me so, so much good! At first I wanted to “hang around” a bit in Heidelberg after the Retreat, but then I decided to go straight home because it felt more appropriate for me. <\/p>

My son was only gonna come back from his father’s a few days later, so I had time just for myself. I realized that a total calmness had found me, it felt so peaceful and beautiful. A feeling that I hadn’t experienced for a long time! <\/p>

I am still feeling much calmer inside than before the seminar started, but I also notice that the effect is wearing off a little with every day that passes. But that’s okay, otherwise you’d be unemployed\ud83d\ude09! <\/p>

It certainly won’t be the last time I take part in something like this!<\/p>

Dear Thomas, dear Joy,
It’s me, Dirk, and it was my first time with you. I found the way you welcomed me and the other participants inviting and the atmosphere pleasant. Although a stranger at first, I felt a familiarity with you. A proper hug to start with (not as short and quick as in other places) is very helpful for dropping one’s shields. The room is harmoniously designed and inviting. I got on well with the pitches of the roof. Thanks for letting in fresh air repeatedly. I found it interesting that I did the 1:1 exercises with the same person the whole evening. There was no need to change, which was all the better, as I was able to create a space with Samira with more and more intimacy and closeness, opening up to each other, much deeper than I would ever have expected. I think we were both blown away by the love that was able to flow between the two of us.
Unfortunately, I had to hurry home because the time had flown by and I was running late and wanted to be there for my child the next morning. I found it a wonderful, very intensive weekend that showed me that I am basically on the right path with tantra.<\/p>

I regret having found it so late, but better late than never. <\/p>

I was impressed by the amount of energy that accompanied me all the way home. And then it was really hard to have to immerse myself in this other world again, to no longer feel this warmth and closeness everywhere, to not be able to hug someone when I felt like it, and so I missed you all and your impulses very much (and still do).<\/p>

I’m trying to keep up my morning exercise and meditation, as it has done me a lot of good. I would like to continue to feel the peace that I have always felt in your seminar room. So much has happened recently. I can feel how the energy in me has changed after the evenings with you. The day after a seminar, I feel very tired, everything reorganizes itself and then I see the changes in the outer world, too. \n

And yet, I am also very grateful to my guards for always being on duty, as my light was often misused or I allowed it to be misused in the past. My guides serve as antennae to make me see clearly whether what I would like to show of myself will be respected or not. I have become more cautious.

I just wanted to leave a lovely greeting and say that I would actually like to spend every weekend with you <\/span>and that I really miss this space and you and this energy in me right now and think to myself: “Oh man, why don’t I live around the corner, why do I live so far away?”<\/p>

I’m really regretting that I have a lot of appointments in the near future and won’t be able to attend ConsciousTouch again for a couple of weeks – that’s such a long time, but I definitely want to be back again soon.<\/p>

I would like to share with you how I felt after last weekend: It was awesome. After the seminar, I was totally exhausted, but when I woke up the next day, I thought: “Hey, something’s different!”<\/p>

I was still or again in this apartment with all the familiar triggers, this apartment in which I sometimes felt so bad when depression had hit me strongly only a few months earlier. But this time something was different.<\/p>

And then it dawned on me: “Oh, how amazing, I am not sad anymore!” Or at least not as much as before. That doesn’t mean that when I think about what happened in my past, it’s not sad anymore, but that heaviness inside me has lifted. My smile is different and when I look in the mirror, I just look at myself differently.<\/p>

The seminar I attended was about self-love. I might be mistaken, but I really have the feeling that I look in the mirror and see that I love myself more than I did before. And I mean it. It’s really interesting: When I look myself in the eye, I have a different attitude towards life. So thank you again for that.
