YouMeUnity Tantra Adventure Days<\/h3>

For singles, couples and practicing couples and other exciting constellations<\/p>

At the Love & Freedom Tantra \/ YouMeUnity tantra experience days, you can expect a colorful mixture of touch, impulses from Buddhist tantra and mind-expanding moments<\/strong> (without any substances). Feel yourself in the encounter and for yourself alone as part of the greater whole. The more you practise breaking through the boundaries of duality in the tantric space, the more you allow yourself to take this presence with you into everyday life. <\/p>

We practice tantra together with the intention of strengthening your relationship with yourself through connection with others and taking these encounters to another level. More flow, more trust, less clinging to precise ideas of how life, the other, yourself should be … <\/p>

Body, mind and soul in harmony<\/h3>

We invite you to flow through the space we are creating together with the help of physical exercises from Kashmiri and Tibetan tantra and powerful energy work. And just to make sure our good old brain gets its share, too, there will be theory about tantric practices, too. When the mind feels seen and valued, it can relax and shut down so much that it only really comes back online when it is really needed. <\/p>

We would like to remind you that both joy and pleasure are a part of you<\/strong> – they want to be seen and felt. Just like sadness and displeasure. We invite all emotions to show themselves and accompany us. And yet tantra is also about controlling the mind: Learning to open up in a tantric space and allow much more in trust than before can be life-changing, but it is just as important not to get caught up in the same loops of feelings and emotions again and again before, after or during a tantric session. <\/p>

Leaving these loops behind is possible when you manage to repeatedly shine a light of consciousness<\/strong> on yourself while observing your own behavior. With the help of the tantric view of the world, you can discern exactly where you run the risk of falling back into the tried and tested thought loops and losing yourself in them. Making a conscious and controlled decision not to do so will enhance your love for yourself and for all beings. Thanks to your relaxed mind, you can create new behaviour patterns that feel more free and joyful easily and don’t even need much energy for that. <\/p>

Our seminar Saturdays are suitable for tantra newbies as well as for people who have been in the tantric field for some time.<\/p>

Everything is guided respectfully and gives you all the freedom to open your heart and to experience and respect your needs and limits on your own responsibility. Level 1<\/strong>: Beginners and Advanced<\/p>

Many of our participants come alone – and quickly become part of a warm community.<\/p>

During the tantra experience days, we go beyond the formats with conscious touch<\/a>, as we not only work with the magic of touch on a physical, energetic or heart level, but also teach a lot more tantra theory. Which you can of course learn to apply in suitable exercises. <\/p>

There will be breaks in between so that you have time to integrate what you have experienced or heard.<\/p>

Dress code: Feel free to stay dressed the whole time – or take off what you want to take off. You decide for yourself – and it can be different every time.<\/p>

If the prospect of nudity of participants or talking openly about sensuality and bodily matters is difficult for you, you might be better off with an individual session<\/a> or formats such as Waves of Eternity<\/a>, Yoga Nidra<\/a> or our Systemic Constellation Saturdays<\/a>.<\/p>

If you are more interested in learning about Tantra, then our tantra healing massage days<\/a> might be more suitable for you.<\/p>

After the seminar, there is usually temple time for those who do not want to go home immediately, which you can spend in mindful contact with other participants if you wish.<\/p>

Our seminars are usually held in German. As soon as someone from another country is present who does not understand German, we switch to bilingual (German and English). <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
