Feel connected to nature and all that is<\/h3>

Feel the wind and the sun on your bare skin, gently touch moss, pine cones or a beautiful flower with your hands and absorb them with all your senses. Listen to the animals, watch them as they watch us. Simply stop and zoom in on all the microcosms that we may never have consciously noticed before, or at least not for a long time. And the air. Nowhere is meditation as easy as outside. Nature virtually invites us to experience tantra. In fact, you don’t even need other people for this. <\/p>

But the experience can be all the more enjoyable when we are in good company. And when soul food made with love nourishes the soul, what more do you need? <\/p>

Move and Touch – that’s nature, touch, movement and delicious food<\/h3>

We will start our day of adventure in nature with a hike together through an enchanted forest near Heidelberg. In between, we will take breaks from time to time where we can let our hearts speak and get in touch with the others in the group. <\/p>

There will be a big break in between at a hidden place in nature, where we will be served really delicious food – cooked with love and refined with extraordinary spices. In short: we invite all our senses to heaven. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Nourishment on all levels: Body, mind and soul<\/h3>

In the afternoon, we make our way back at a leisurely pace, making one or two sensual and touching stops along the way – and return to the starting point invigorated and nourished on a very deep level.<\/p>

And if you still haven’t had enough, you might like to join us and\/or other participants after the official end and round off the evening at one of the many beautiful lakes nearby. You are welcome to use our communication channels<\/a> to form carpools. <\/p>

This tantra special<\/a> is an offshoot of our ConsciousTouch format<\/a>.<\/p>

Previous tantric experience is neither a condition nor a hindrance to participation.<\/p>

Everything is guided respectfully and gives you all the freedom to open your heart and to experience and respect your needs and limits on your own responsibility. Level 1<\/strong>: Beginners and Advanced<\/p>

Many of our participants come alone – and quickly become part of a warm community.<\/p>

If you like hiking and connecting with nature, Move and Touch is probably the right place for you, even if you have never had any contact with tantra.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Location<\/strong>: You will be informed of the meeting point for our Move and Touch Special by e-mail in good time before the start after registration. In any case, we will start and finish within a radius of no more than 30 minutes from Heidelberg. <\/p>
