Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have expressly requested that we begin providing our services during the withdrawal period and you withdraw from the contract after the provision of services has begun, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount for the services already provided up to the time at which you notify us of your withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if the service has been fully performed and, before performance began, you expressly agreed that we could begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and at the same time confirmed your understanding that your right of withdrawal would expire once the contract had been fully performed.
