If you are interested in enlightenment and being in the now, we would like to recommend Eckhart Tolle's books. In his YouTube channel he mixes the chuckles that we love so much with interesting, objective talk on enlightenment and more. Watching him occasionally change his energy into the one of a happy little schoolboy is so much joy.
Diana Richardson writes recommendable books about spirituality, relationships, femininity, love and slow sex that can radically change your own perspective.
Other favourite authors and personalities who have greatly influenced us
Joy: My journey into being in the now and tapping into the frequency of self-love began with the books Woman Who Runs With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés and Reconciling with the Inner Child (Aussöhnung mit dem inneren Kind) by Erika Chopich and Margaret Paul (that I would strongly recommend to be translated into English language, too). Other influences that I still enjoy remembering were Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys, the courses, videos and audios by Lee Harris, Debbie Ford’s The Dark Side of The Light Chasers, Varda Hasselmann ‘s books and those of Osho.
And to be honest, there were several hundred more – I was a glutton for books in younger years. Soaking up knowledge on all kinds of topics that interested me like a sponge was my favourite pastime. It took me a while to let go of this thirst for knowledge (and the underlying fear of missing out on something or not being enough). My own current non-fiction book, Feeling Loved, is also indirectly about this journey. However, it is not yet available in any language but German. Finding peace in chaos
A very chaotic, hectic and action-packed movie. At least that’s how it seems in the trailer or at the beginning. But in truth, it radiates peace and tranquillity. A lot of tantric ideas are also incorporated, as well as numerous tongue-in-cheek references to other famous creative projects. And humour is not missing at all either. Enjoy.

We are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world into our two beautiful rooms in the city center (and it is not uncommon for them to attend our seminars and/or become part of our circle of friends).

Our expert for classical Buddhist tantra
Helmut Poller is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to Buddhist Tantra. His teachings are entertaining, incredibly informative and profound. Among other things, he is a knowledge holder of the Nyngma lineage. The energy of his greatest teacher, Master Chhimed Rigdzin Rinpoche, is also palpable within him.
Helmut Poller now mainly teaches small groups (couples or individuals) in his home town of Vienna or online.
But sometimes, in very rare, special cases, he also visits us in Heidelberg to teach in a small circle and possibly even give an initiation or two.
