We are a small team with big dreams, and sometimes our dreams are becoming reality faster than we can keep up with. That’s why we’re looking for people who want to think, cooperate and grow with us.

- Accounting & numbers magic
Are you familiar with charts of accounts, income and expenditure statements, Lexoffice and maybe even good old DATEV? Great! We are looking for a reliable person with an overview who can help us sleep soundly in accounting and tax matters. - Community support for our existing German tantra groups (Facebook and Telegram)
Do you have a heart for connection, can hold spaces, breathe life into slumbering chats and accompany online group processes? Then our two tantra community exchange groups could be just the place for you. - Customer Service Hero (CRM & Communication)
Are you able to show people that you can see them while writing them, do you have a professional background, are you adept at German spelling and grammar and enjoy working with tools such as Brevo, PhraseExpress or similar systems? Then help us guide our participants through the booking, follow-up and anticipation process. - Event and festival scout
Do you know where people are looking for inspiration – and how to get involved there? Then find event locations, trade fairs, festivals or special places for us where we can become even more visible and have a broader impact. - Local cooperation developer
Do you have ideas on how to start joint campaigns with the flower store or bakery around the corner that will benefit both sides? Then make our network flourish! - Marketing and social media companion
Do you understand meta, mailings, reach and content creation? Then help us get our messages out into the world – with heart, style and strategy. - PR wizard / witch
Are you good at press relations? Do you know how to wrap stories up in an exciting way and make them visible? Let our favourite subjects fly! - Print distributor on site
Do you love direct contact with people you’re just seeing for the first time and would you like to distribute our postcards and other promotional materials and leave them in nice places – organic stores, yoga studios, cafés? We look forward to feeling your enthusiasm and love for people. - Cleaning assistant with sensitivity
For our events and AirBnB rooms, we need someone who not only mops, but also understands how rooms can breathe and thrive energetically. Reliable, thorough, lovingly. - Support for international expansion (native English speaker preferred)
You are an English native speaker, familiar with community building, and would like to make us internationally visible – e.g. through group building, social media or contacts in spiritual networks? Let’s go global.

A different path: Become part of the assistance team at our events – or join us as a stand-in
We are constantly expanding our team of assistants – and are always on the lookout for empaths who can function as stand-ins supporting us and the participants with a loving heart and dedication.
Often this path begins quite simply: you take part in a seminar, feel incredibly comfortable and at home, and we notice how mindful, present and connected you are with us and the whole group.
Perhaps you already have experience assisting in group processes or in the tantric field and would like to join us? If everything fits, we will invite you to join our team – first as a stand-in and perhaps later as a permanent member of the assistance team.

How it works
For some jobs (e.g. cleaners or bookkeeping) we need professionals who work on their own account. For many other jobs, we are happy for you to support us by attending our seminars at a reduced rate or even free of charge. Let’s just talk openly about what suits both sides.

Growth on all levels – we are looking for more: a location for our new Retreat Centre
Our vision is growing – and sometimes it simply needs more space. We are looking for a special place where YouMeUnity can continue to flourish: an old mill, an enchanted farmhouse with a barn, a neat little villa, a house by a lake, a vineyard estate, a castle … Something between a refuge, a meeting place and a house of wonders. And preferably no more than 1.5 hours away from Heidelberg.
If you know of such a place – or know someone who does – we would be delighted to hear from you!
