We all know moments in which no words are needed because the connection to another person is simply there. Moments in which we are simply love.
But sometimes it’s not so easy to refrain from speaking. We like to be heard. So much. Preferably immediately. But if we are not fully mindful, words can quickly take us into our heads and out of our hearts. A silent retreat can help you reverse this cycle.
That’s why we invite you to give silence the chance to guide you at our Easter seminar. To help you hear your own voice loud and clear again, simply by taking the time to listen.
In our fast-paced world, we get so easily distracted, not only by face-to-face conversations, but also by the technological devices that allow us to connect with others around the clock. But when we pick up our mobile phones, are we really and truly connected? Or are we simply getting distracted?
Maybe you can answer this question for yourself if you follow our advice and don’t touch your mobile phone, computer etc. during our retreat. No iPods or leisure time distraction books either. It’s really about cutting off all external resources and returning completely into the moment, so that you can hear yourself, feel yourself, strengthen yourself and connect with your environment in a completely different way.
You may be stunned about how much communication, how much magic is possible, even if we completely disregard the word plane. Sign language, telepathy, body language. There are many possibilities … 🙂
And don’t worry: We will cover the topic of setting boundaries (non-verbal and verbal) in detail. Plus: During the seminar, there will always be a corner during our sessions where whoever needs a rest from the outside world can go.
Of course, you have the option of stepping out of your cave at any time. You do exactly what you feel at any given moment – and only that. Perhaps that is far more than you would expected from you, because silence might have strengthened, inspired you, given you clarity and confidence. You may even find yourself allowing your charisma, your sexual power to flow more freely than ever before – in the knowledge that you are safe with it because you alone decide who is allowed to come close to you. And this knowledge of being safe while being yourself you can take home with you and integrate it into your life.
What you can expect at the Easter Retreat
In a safe space that we keep mindful, attentive and loving, you can immerse yourself completely in yourself, but also have the opportunity to connect with others at any time – for a change, mostly without the familiar word plane. On the day of arrival, however, you will have time to get to know the participants through conversation – and we will also end integrating the word plane again.
Listen to your own senses and by doing so become more healed, more powerful, more yourself.

Our seminars are usually held in German. As soon as someone from another country is present who does not understand German, we switch to bilingual (German and English).

Thomas Hochgesang is a tantra teacher and intimacy coach. He uses therapeutic as well as systemic approaches for his work and also involves the energetics as well as spirituality. His approach is intended to help strengthen your self-healing powers, freedom of choice as well as raise your energy level. For this, he uses profound meditation techniques as well as playful body rituals from the tantric tradition and modern psychological insights. By living in India for 5,5 years and undergoing Buddhist training, he was able to establish a mindset that enables him to emanate deep peace and tranquillity. His open heart helps him transmit this attitude to whomever he meets.
Joy S. is a musician, author and specialist in self-love. As an intuitive guide, she helps people find the courage to discover their innermost longings and face their shadows. During spiritual events, Joy turns into a body or musical medium, often playing with fairy-like healing tones and frequencies, while expressing her Kali side when she is standing on stage as the lead singer of rock bands – thus covering the entire tantric spectrum. Together with her husband Thomas, she provides a safe space for deep tantric experiences and supports participants in their self-healing process.
